There's now only 30 mintes until the application window for businesses located in County Durham and Tees Valley opens. We're all ready and waiting to receive your applications and remember, there are a few ways you can get them to us:

• Scan a copy and email it to catalyst@n-e-life.co.uk
• Fax a copy to 0191 247 5885
• Post a copy to us (see our contact details)
• Or hand deliver!

Please also remember that you need to make sure you have completed all the sections and have signed the form. If you don't, we will return the form to you and you will be asked to resubmit.

The form will be made 'live' on the applications page at 10:00. Until then, I have removed the Northumberland and Tyne & Weat form, in order to avoid confusion. In its place, I have added the draft form which you can use to prepare. At 10:00 I will add the real form for you to complete.

The Northumberland and Tyne & Wear form willbe added again on Wednesday 28th March, but if anyone needs a copy of this form in the meantime, please email catalyst@n-e-life.co.uk and we will get one out to you.
